My Eastvale CA Dream Home
Beazer homes gave ActiveRain members a challenge for the month of June to write a blog as to what ones dream home would look like. We all know that Beazer is a very reputable builder out here in the Inland Empire and that they have the choice plans. These choice plans give the buyers the option to personalize and customize certain areas of their new home at no extra charge.
As a realtor for the Inland Empire, there are many features that buyers are requesting when I start my search for their dream home. The main focus is convenience and ease for their aging parents when they come to visit. Many buyers are looking for single story homes or a two story house that has the downstairs master bedroom layout. In my dream home, it would have the second master downstairs with a huge walk in and an option for the safe step in bathtub. It would be a plus, if Beazer was able to integrate the next generation floor plan into their downstair design for guests or mother in law quarters.
The other feature that I wish Beazer would consider as part of their choice plan would be for the kitchen to have flexible shelving design in their pantries. We all have different needs when it comes to storage in our pantry. It would benefit us, the homeowners greatly if we could adjust the shelves accordingly to our personal needs. So, convenience and storage is key when it comes to the kitchen options.
My dream house would also have a master closet with closet organizer. We all want it and wouldn't it be awesome if Beazer gave us that option at the time of purchase? My closet organizer would have lots of storage for my stiletto shoes and brand name purses...I can dream...can't I?
The other feature that would be a must for Beazer homes to consider is the backyard. Eastvale lots are pretty spacious compared to other cities in Southern California. Eastvale residents love to entertain their friends and families, so why not give us the option to have a move in ready backyard to enjoy. My dream backyard would have BBQ, covered patio, stamped concrete leading to a pool area. It would be a huge benefit to homeowners if we were given the option to have the backyard professionally designed and constructed. I have seen so many homes destroyed by unqualified designers and contractors. Many homeowners still live with unfinished backyard years after moving in. This option would give Beazer homeowners the option of having their home truly customized according to their specifications.
This is what my dream home would look like if Beazer were the builder.
