The Parson's Pub in downtown Murphy NC for great Food and Tavern! One of the newest eatery and fast growing favorite here in Cherokee County is a wee bit of English and Irish. We stopped in for lunch after our Coldwell Banker Caravan and were very pleasenatly surprised at the great food and atmosphere.
Traditional Irish dishes and more selections of beer than you can imagine. The Reuben was huge, my Vegetarian dish so flavorful and Lee's Shepherds Pie was the best hes ever had. We're already thinking about the Corned Beef and Cabbage for our next visit.
Yes, there are more selections of Beer than you can shake a stick at - 6 on Tap, 12 different Canned and 58 Bottled. The Parson's Pub also has a wine selection to compliment your meal. More than that the owners, and servers are friendly and so helpful in describing the many selections available. Stop in for lunch or dinner and enjoy some lively music in downtown Murphy.
