1021 Royal Oak in Suntree, FL sold and closed today.

I listed the home for the 94 year old seller who decided it was time to move up north and be closer to family. She trusted me to market the home for her!

I held the home open a couple of weeks into the listing and advertised it on many sources including Activerain, our local MLS, and my local Point2 website.

The new buyers found the home on my website and came to see it. They have had many bad experiences with Realtors, mortgage companies, title companies etc...

They truly decided they would go it on their own. After I walked them through the home they decided they would allow me to help them through the process.

They let me know today at the closing table that the mortgage company, title company and services I provided helped them so much...they now have a Realtor for life!!!
