There have been some positive signs in the Apopka real estate market as we head into the prime spring selling season. As of March 27th there has been 33 homes sold in Apopka this month and there is 30 more pending and expected to close prior to the end of march.  Of the 33 sales this month 11 have been for over 300,000.  There is a total of 112 homes that are sale pending in Apopka.

There has been a definite pick up in activity in the Apopka real estate market as interest rates have remained low. The recent increase of the maximum FHA loan amount to 353,750 should definitely give a much needed boost to the Apopka real estate market.
