I know that active rain has always been a website that has been dedicated to the real estate industry. Through the years that I have been active member I have seen several thousand posts posted by various real estate agents on properties that they have either just listed or just sold. To all of those successful real estate agents that have used this platform to declare their accomplishments I say, Congratulations!
However, home inspectors are vital part of the transaction as well. In all of my years I have never seen a "Just Inspected" post. I suppose those who read this silly Sunday Morning Post probably haven't either! That is, until now. Who knows? Maybe I will start a new trend with the home inspection industry. These posts could be easy to write. Put a photo of the house in the middle, add some shots of the probs on the side bars and Voila! Another home "Just Inspected". I may give it a shot. Might get some traction.
On a side note, I reckon I could have put together a collage of all 18 properties my helper and I inspected this week but that would take too much time and effort, and quite frankly, I just don't feel that ambitious this morning. Today is a day of rest I plan on doing just that. Maybe later when my brain is tired of sucking its thumb I may whip a few of these together. Like I said, It may get some traction.
