Far too many really great posts to share this week, I hope that you enjoy the few that I do share!

And I encourage you to take a few minutes each week to share some of the gems that you come across, people will appreciate the support and you may even get a few points and a thank you for your efforts.

Don't forget to click on the title above, go to the original blog post and share how much you love the post with a comment.

Have a great week!

ps, take a few minutes to check out a few of her other posts too, you will be glad that you did.

This one almost did not make the cut this week because is was fairly well distributed already, but I thought it was far too important to me missed by anyone.

We can all learn a lot from Debbie, I know that I have.

Remember before you complain about the top contributor list, keep in mind that you could be near the top of the real bloggers too if you followed Debbies example.

Make it a priority to get some good blogs out there every day, and help out your fellow bloggers by reposting a few blogs everyweek.

Over Two Years and I Haven't Missed a Day

After joining the Rain in October of 2011 then sporadically logging on for the next few months then about May 2012 I decided I could be consistent and blog every day. So I have stuck with it and not missed a day in over two years.

over two years and I haven't missed a dayHow have I accomplished this? Here's how.

  • I made a blogging plan for the week of how many market reports, listings, real estate topics, local events and AR community posts I would do.
  • I put ideas for posts in draft even if all I had was a title and a line or two of text to carry the thought.
  • If something happened on a particular day that was worthy of sharing, I would write about it while it was fresh on my mind.
  • I got ideas from reading other members' posts and put my own spin on the topic.
  • I entered contests and they gave me topics to write about.
  • When I went blank on ideas, I turned to writing about my fellow Rainers.
  • As my posts accumulated, I went back, checked what I had written about before and wrote again about the same topic but changed it up and updated it.
  • I hosted contests and that helped me get to know so many of you.
  • I put finished posts in draft to launch on those extremely busy days.

So the two years flew by and now I have a couple of hundred ideas in draft and will never run out of things to post about I don't think. After all, listings and market reports and local events and life events are always changing.
