Social Media Crowdsourcing Challenge
Because of the power of visuals I have begun adding photos of great looking homes that I visit on broker preview days. I especially look for fabulous kitchens and bathrooms but also keep an eye out for stunning staircases, pools with unique spas and hard-scape or outdoor living rooms. Anything that has a lot of visual "pop" that will attract attention.

Or I might post a photo and then ask for opinions. Such as, "What do you think about bowls in the bathroom?"
I then post these to Facebook, Google+ and Instagram but never include a sales pitch or information like price, square footage, bedrooms, etc. I just want to remind my friends that I'm in the business and actively checking the inventory. If they ask a question in a comment about price or specs, of course I will reply.
