Lately, I have ran across alot of businesses that don't put the phone number on bills or other correspondence. My garbage company is one. I got a robot call that I would be fined if I didn't setup E statements with a credit union I recently bought a car from. You guessed it NO phone number on anything so that I can call them.
Why would a business make it tougher to contact them?

Rob - Well, if you have no customer service, why flaunt it with a phone number? Sad isn't it?

That doesn't make sense does it? I've seen many real estate agents that don't make their lcoation prominent on the site either..
Rob, obviously, they are doing their best to curtail any kind of "LIVE" communication...shame on them.
