The Monday Following your Open House
Today is the day you put them in your Client Relationship Manager, put in the notes that you took down and give the client a call.
If they are looking to buy, set them up on a search through your website, not through the MLS (there is no branding and domain name recognition when you do it this way).
If they are a homeowner in the neighborhood, set them up on a Seller's Corner alert so they won't need to go to another Open House and meet another agent.
Monday is the day to forge relationships and qualify the contacts that you have in your database.
