There are so many things people look for when buying a home. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the size of the lot, the size of the home, the neighborhood esthetics, the proximity to work, for my senior mom and me-the aging in place options, what kind of flowers and trees are on the property, and more. How many pick a home because of the nearby park? I bet there are at least some. What made me think of that? All the awesome parks and walking trails in Roseville CA. Living down the street from a park or great walking trail is a definite plus for me!
