What is a blog? What is RSS? What is a podcast? Is it acceptable to be unable to text message? Anyone who keeps up with technology knows the frustration I'm talking about when someone you're trying to communicate with doesn't know how to text or can never seem to open that attachment. But the bigger question is: If your customers choose to communicate with you in ever changing and more advanced ways, is it acceptable for you not to keep up?
