Voice mail is great, But...

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with WHISPERING PINES REALTY 20398180

Voice mail is great, especially if you compare it to the old recording systems of not so long ago.

Almost everyone uses voice mail.

But there is one thing that I am running into more and more.

"Were sorry, but the voice mailbox is full".

I work hard for my clients and in this era of low inventory, we need to be able to communicate when a new property comes up.  (also true for the week or so before closing)

If you want me to keep working hard...CLEAR OUT your old messages.

That way you won['t miss out on the dream home we have been looking for.

Thank you, Bill.  This drives me nuts, too.  And, I don't know how to get the message through more clearly!

My husband is guilty of this one and it drives me bonkers.  He likes to save things, and messages are no different.

I should probably note, my husband is not in a profession where he does a lot of phone calling, in or out.  He is I.T. so it's all email.

Nothing more frustrating when a client, especially a new one, asks you to call back and they don't answer but the voice mail is full.

I know people who leave their boxes full just so people can't leave a message.
