Home sales in the Lewisville area were down 6% in May 2014 compared to last year, with 451 homes selling this month. So far this year, overall home sales have a decrease of 5% , with 1,659 homes sold. New Lewisville real estate listings increased 24% from last year, with 749 homes listed this month. For the year-to-date, home listings have increased 5%, with 2,639 homes listed. The number of current listings under contract this month was up 3%, at 478 homes.
