Home sales in the Richardson area were down 19% in May 2014 compared to last year, with 102 homes selling this month. So far this year, overall home sales have a decrease of 8% , with 490 homes sold. New Richardson real estate listings increased 8% from last year, with 182 homes listed this month. For the year-to-date, home listings have decreased 8%, with 667 homes listed.
