An open house is only part of the marketing tool box that an agent can use to get a home sold.
And as with any tool it's only as good as the person/agent using it.
The open house has to be part of well put together marketing plan.Even the best run open house with lots of signs,fliers,good weather and promotion will not get an overpriced turkey (house) sold. The home needs to show well,be staged,priced right and promoted properly.
Open houses just to have an open house is a crap shot and mostly a waste of time.
