I have came a long way and believe I am past unforgiveness in my life but this is powerful information that I believe will help someone so I want to share it will all. It comes from Teri Werners "Train Wreck to Truimph" course on Success University...

Please take the time to read the directions and fill out the answers to the questions following the optional prayer. This is a vital step in your progress to triumph in your destiny. If you do not have the journal printed out, then write your answers to the questions in complete sentences on paper. |

1- Spend time in prayer or meditation
2- Ask for strength to face the truth about unforgiveness in your life
3- Write with truthfulness and transparency; be absolutely honest.
4- Progress versus perfection.
5- Make a commitment to yourself, to address these areas, to move forward

Optional Prayer :
"Heavenly Father, I ask for your peace to empower me to take a good look at where I have been, have felt, have said and give me the truth in any situation, involving any person, especially myself. I submit my thoughts, dreams, motives, pain and purpose to you. I ask you to help me remember, and feel that which you want me to. I now open myself to you, make myself vulnerable to your work in my life. Reveal to me, Heal me of all that I have allowed in my life to delay or derail my destiny.
I ask for you to forgive me for any unforgiveness I have towards others. Help me to forgive and release all judgments, as I also forgive myself and release myself from the judgments. I speak your blessings and empowerment over my life, and I now reach out to hold my destiny IN MY HANDS. I give you permission to do a powerful work in my spirit, my heart and my life.
I praise you and thank you for your forgiveness and favor in my life. AMEN
