The lost art of counting back change

Rob, it seems as though some of us have made it a hobby to hand theses kids a different amout, to see how they handle it. It confuses them if you hand them more than what is needed just to get an even amount back. 

I now pay attention to the "total" on the screen at my local drive-thru and try to have the exact change at the window...saves so much MORE time!

Good morning Rob. I am really taken back by this. I remember this and it brings back so much just thinking about those times.

All of us need to be alert when checking out at stores. Errors are too common.

Rob ...Back in my banking days, my tellers refused my offers to help on the line. Told me I couldn't count money fast enough, let alone make change. 

I am surprised when I encounter one that can actually count it back correctly.
