Delano Fourth of July Celebration
Delano hosts its annual Fourth of July celebration with the biggest and oldest parade in Minnesota. And, the fireworks! Wow!
Bands will perform over the course of July 2 – July 5th and there is fun for all.
The coronation of royalty will take place on July 2nd in the Delano Auditorium at 7 pm
Friday, the 30th Annual 5K race starts at 9:30 AM, followed at 10 am by the big parade.

Saturday, July 5th, there is the Fireman’s Water Ball Tournament on 3rd St. which stats at 10 a.m. And a Kiddie Parade will begin at 11 am near the Gazebo in Central Park near the Big Rock. Then a Kiddie Tractor Pull will start afterward near the second stage. Registration for this event starts at 1:30 with the pull at 2:00
In the evening, they will host their HUGE fireworks display. This is one of the best 4th of July displays in the state. Don’t miss it!
