In this difficult time I see real estate professionals spend a lot of their hard earned money on quick fixes, supposed unbeatable leads and so on.
The best sales move I believe is still customer services. If you offer a fair price, but back it up with true superb professional service, then you can still retain clients and obtain new ones.
Word of mouth is free.
I will swear by local bank, Cambridge Savings Bank They do an unbelievable job for my company and go above and beyond all the time. They make me feel what I think is important is just as important for them. They have all of the benefits of your friendly local bank but have all of the perks and state of the art technology of large institution. I can use closer banks and perhaps larger or even ones with better products, but no one matches their customer service and that is why I am loyal to them.
