We are involved in the community through the Chamber of Commerce, the local Rotary club and charitable organizations. We attend town council and planning commission meetings. We want to be "in the know" about upcoming projects and economic development that can have an impact positive or negative on the market.
We are currently experiencing some growth in Douglas County. We have new construction, both residential and commercial. We have new businesses coming in. Pricing is on the rise, inventory is low and homes are selling faster.
We also work as a team, balancing each other's strengths and weaknesses so you get the best of the best when you work with us. Rich is the "numbers guy". He'll do the paperwork, negotiate with the other agent and attend the inspections and closing. Donna handles the marketing, and much of what goes on "behind the scenes". Together, we provide the service one would expect from a professional.
