When it comes to "value added benefits", it's easy to default to talking about production, such as being the top listing agent by volume in my Cupertino office of nearly 300 agents. Or experience, in that I've been involved in real estate for 40 years and licensed for 28 years. Or even that I enjoy
What truly sets me apart is mine is a "family business". My mother was licensed for 35 years before she passed away and I was blessed to learn so much from her. My clients are like my extended family-the cousins I just hadn't met yet-and our relationship continues even after the transaction completes. Our family's helped families buy and sell Silicon Valley homes for over 40 years.
We offer Guaranteed Results for both buyers and sellers. For sellers it's a "Sold in 28 Days or Free Guarantee"*. For buyers, it's a "365 Day Happiness Guarantee"*. The last time I checked, NAR reported that less than 3 percent of agents offer any type of guarantee-and the ones that do are in the top 10 percent of agents income-wise.
Recently, I applied for and earned the Diamond-Certified Award. The process was rigorous, and involved a truly neutral third party (American Ratings Corporation) interviewing all past clients. Most companies who apply don't qualify (yikes!) My clients gave me a 90+ percent positive rating on their happiness with my service as well as loyalty/referrability rating.
