Did you hit your June Goals?

I post my goals for the month on my vision board above my desk.  Being July 1, I and taking a recap of what I hit and what I miss.  I was on target to hit my closing for the month until 2 fell apart at the last minute.  Picking up 3 new buyers, yes, I have them in the pipe line now and working with them.  Blog 10 AR post weekly, yes made that (Not sure if I will make 20 blogs a week a goal). X amount of mailers send out, yes, hit that.

Now it is double duty later today.  July goals and take a look at the half way year goal.  More on that later.

Yes we are on track for our goals and a litle ahead actually. Sounds like you are as well and other than letting me SAVE or potentially save your deals falling apart (what are you thinking you KNOW this is one of my areas of specialty!) sounds like we are at a similar point as I too am not going to be hitting 20 posts/week either lol

June was an excellent month for me, I hit and far surpased my closing and commission goals. I also set myself up to hit my goals for July.  However, I did not hit my goal for new listings.  Luckily I have implimented some new strategies that I hope will help for July.  Thanks for sharing.

Hi Will, Most our goals got pushed into July for a number of reasons, but over all we are having a good year.

Will, That's a great idea to post your goals right where you can see them. I also missed a closing that I had planned on too. The buyer backed out after seeing the inspection report, so that means July and August needs to take it up a notch or two.
