So I told him that I found him through Leigh Brown on Active Rain. Then I invited him to join Active Rain and he did. He is not blogging yet. He is extremely busy and is very successful in Tallahassee. His name is Mike Carlos. He has been wonderful to work with. This particular lender wanted us to provide the comps and Mike got right on it. He always emails me right back and returns our phone calls. 

We are accepting multiple offers on this property and the BPO has already been finished. We are now just waiting for the acceptance letter from the third party short sale lender and what their final net needs to be.
