When Your Success Journey is Against the Wind

“When everything seems to be going against you, remember that

the airplane takes off against the wind, not with it.”

Henry Ford 1863 – 1947, American Industrialist,

Founder of the Ford Motor Company

As I see it . . . . . . .

When your success journey is against the wind

It would be nice to have the wind at your back through-out your success journey . . . . There will be times on your success journey that you will feel like your walking into the wind.

As Henry Ford said . . . . “an airplane takes off against the wind, not with it.”

Here’s the key . . . . when your facing adversity and the winds in your life . . . . use the adversity . . . . and the wind to lift you to greater heights.

The key to your long term success is to adapt to the conditions that your facing . . . . and to make the most out of the condition in your life.

No one’s success journey is a straight line . . . . and no one’s success journey is one without challenges.

When the wind is at your back . . . .  be thankful for it . . . . and make the out of the opportunity.

When your success journey is against the wind . . . . stand strong and push forward until the winds change.

So true, Lou.  So many successful people find their success only after facing adversity or hitting bottom - there's a reason for that beyond coincidence.  Learning how to fight through the wind is important to long term success.

Lou, thanks for the great thought. We must not get discouraged when the wind is in our face, we must remember to look at the journey.

Make it a great day.

Lou- you are on the money with this one and loved the quote from Henry Ford.  The direction of the wind is not as important as is our focus to succeed.
