Ok, let’s say you were not ready to sell your home this summer and you may not even be ready this fall, but your house looks great this summer.
Here is an idea we have been floating by our clients. Since it’s so green right now in Colorado after all the spring rain, many people have picture perfect landscapes right about now. We have been ordering full photography packages including videos for our clients even though we are not putting their homes on the market.
Then if our clients should want to put their homes up for sale in late fall or even early winter, we have awesome summertime photos. If the interior is show ready, I also recommend shooting the interior photos and videos at the same time. With the photography complete, we can drastically reduce the amount of time it takes to get a property in the MLS and get all the marketing complete.
