Thanks Jim.  Yes, we are very happy with the location.  We are well equipped, but the next step is executing the training schedule & accountabilty coaching we have put in place to put that equipment to its fullest use...

Thanks Darlene.  Yes we are "Exit"-ized all over.  A quick story... there was a C21 Associate Broker visiting us last week, with her daughter on board.  After we met & were walking out, her daughter was sitting in the lobby looking at all of our Exit materials & asked, "Why are you called 'Exit'"?  I pulled out a FedEx envelope for her & her Mom:

... and asked, "Do you see the spoon in the word, 'Fed'?"  She said no.  I said, "A spoon feeds you."  I asked, "Do you see the arrow in the 'Ex'?"  She said no.  I said, "The arrow says GO Fedex"  (I pointed out the spoon & arrow, but they looked confused.)  I said "FedEx sunk quite a bit of research into putting those symbols into their logo without your even noticing.  Do you think it was successful?  I think FedEx has become pretty successful."

After they saw the spoon & arrow, I asked the little girl, "When someone sells their home, do you know what we give them?  Safe Passage.  That is one definition of the word 'Exit'."  When people are planning to move, we give them safe passage.

I then said, "After we meet with the people needing safe passage & they are driving down the highway and see the Exit sign, who do they think about?"  She said, "you".  I smiled.  I asked, "When they are watching the movie in the theatre and see the Exit sign in the dark out of the corner of their eye, who do they think about?"  She grinned and said, "you".  I pointed to the Exit sign over our lobby door & asked, "When they walk out of any door in any business in this country and see the Exit sign, who do they think about?"  She smiled wide and said, "you".

I said, "That is why we are called Exit".

I looked at her C21 mother, and she was smiling, too...  She is coming to see me again on Monday.

Of course we are fully Exit-ized!
