Help Your Buyers Do a Budget

There are so many rich resources on the realtor.org website. I'm thinking of starting to make regular visits there. Does anyone else get handouts, etc. from the realtor.org site and use them? For example, here is a budget worksheet that you can use with your buyers to see if they can afford a house. That's a good addition for today's market.

Realtor.org is a great place for advertisment. I use it on a regular basis. I love the material and it helps with my marketing plans. I suggest we all use it..This is why we belong to NAR so they can help us all with your careers. They have so much to offer us it is hard to keep up sometimes. I recieve all their mailing everyday and read them. The education alone is awesome.. Hope you enjoy.. How are things in TN.  Paula

Realtor.org is a great resource for information. There's also a great section for newbies call the Realtor(R) Toolkit. Realtor(R) Magazine also has som great articles in this month's issue.
