We forget the value of just being able to get either in or out of a Real Estate transaction effectively and efficiently at times. Think about this. For a period of lets say 30-90 days average, hundreds of thousands of dollars will change hands along with people who are making large life choices

Buyers are going to take their hard earned money, their reputation, character and credit and borrow money to make the largest purchases of a lifetime. Talk about stress if you consider the simple basics. Who really is prepared to bet it all within 90 days...no second chances either
TOP DOLLAR AT WHAT PRICE?
How about the seller? Sure, wanting top dollar is understandable and sometimes the road to get there is full of mines or marshmallows. Not being willing to give a little to get a lot can make it more stressful that necessary. Getting in or out successfully, without additional stress has a value
LET THE TRANSACTION BEGIN
We wont know what will happen until we start the Real Estate journey and take those first few steps. What sellers/buyers need to consider is that most law suits regarding Real Estate come within the four year statue of limitations. This tells us that things happen many of which we cannot see at the time
PRO-AGENTS....DON'T LEAVE OR ENTER A HOME WITHOUT THEM
Which brings us to the REAL ESTATE agent. Looking for and finding a local professional Real Estate agent that has some salt and seasoning in transacting is prudent and a most excellent first move to make when entering into this high stakes arena. Time and money well spent here
AGENTS MAN THEIR STATIONS
Agents have a way of making sure that everything comes out, to be examined and discussed and then considered. Having many eyes on a transaction of the size remains a smart move for all. Remember, buyer, seller and agent have a lot to do within a short period of time.
TEAMWORK....FORM A TEAM TO EITHER BUY OR SELL
The current systems work very well if used and activated. Shortcuts, scarcity, lack of disclosure, waiving important documents, failing to have an inspection and much more can and will become huge monkey wrenches that will clog the Real Estate machinery guaranteed
Heaven or Hell in Real Estate? You deserve and want the one but be very aware of the other
