Looks like Central Texas is outpacing the rest of the country and even the state.
The unemployment in the state fell to 4.1 last month and is down from 4.5 last year at this time.
This is the lowest it has been since the 1970s.
Here in Central Texas we are at 3.6 percent and are down from 3.8 percent from last year.
In Austin the city is increasing jobs by 3.2 percent over last year. This is in part due to the new construction of Hotels, Business centers, Restaurants and such.
We have been increase our job now each year for the past 10 years.
This is the reason we are in the Top 10 cities to live in. We have great job growth. A great economy and a good Real Estate market.
