May I Ask You to Call Me?

More than likely you'll think of friends, family members and neighbours who can benefit from knowing about my consulting, negotiating, and organizing skills.

Should any of them mention a need for my help, I'd like to suggest a few things about how I can best help you, and them.

To begin, it's important you know that when you introduce me to a friend, family member or neighbour, I will always respect the confidentiality of our relationship, and I vow to never share with them anything about your private business.

When I meet with them, I'll always give them their options, share with them what I do and how I do it, and ask them thought-provoking questions so they can arrive at the best decision for themselves.

As always, I'll give them the quality advice I would give my own family members.

So, the next time you're in a conversation with a friend, family member or neighbour and they mention that they would like to purchase a home or take some cash out of their existing home, please let me know immediately what you think is the best way for us to get into a conversation.

I do something similar.  I've always felt that short, non-aggressive and to the point is the best approach.
