Uxbridge Real Estate Market Snapshot - Month End June 2014
Summer has finally arrived and so has the summer real estate market while home sales remained constant through June the number of properties available to view was down 14.9% from the same period last year and new listings were down 7.58%
Avergae Sold Price $523,674
The median sold price of $460,000 represents an increase of 3.27% over June last year with an increase in the average sale price 7.97% to $523,674. Home Sales year to date are running slightly ahead with a 3.35% increase over last year.
This past month there were only 61 new listings** and 42 residential properties transactions reported sold by the Toronto Real Estate Board for Uxbridge.
Buyers
Our committed buyer pool is still excellent with other agents now calling us to ask if we have a buyer for homes they have coming on the market. This is great news for our buyers as it lets us provide them with advance notice for any that meet their needs.
