I had about a month’s worth of work to get my house ready to list and my husband and I were ready to shop for neighborhoods and townhouses/condos for the first time together.
Unfortunately, no real estate agent wanted to show us property. Multiple agents either wanted to wait until the house was listed or insisted to list it immediately, without waiting for the minor updates that needed to be done.
We were beginning to think that we simply wouldn’t be able to research areas or neighborhoods….and then we found a condo listed with Lisa Postlmayr. I called, thinking she would likely turn us down as well, but was pleasantly surprised that she wanted to meet with us, get our preferences, and show us the property!
There were many “bumps in the road” so to speak over nearly a year long journey. We waited months for a short sale, finally let it go and decided on our 2nd choice. In a month’s time, we were closing and getting ready to move in! We love our new place and it wouldn’t have been possible without Lisa!
