During the month of May 2014,  58 detached homes in Mount Airy, Md. were added to the market.  Of these homes 13 are currently under contract, 2 have been withdrawn from the market, none has completed the sale process, the remaining 43 are part of the 147 homes on the market.

During May, 22 detached homes in Mount Airy, Md. successfully completed the sales process.  This is a decrease of 40 percent from the count that sold in June of 2013.  The total value of these homes sold was $10,261,575, a 39 percent decrease from last June sales.  The median closing price of these homes was $466,435 a .4 percent increase from last may.

The median time on market for these homes was 68 days, which is just about the same as the 70 days for those that sold in June of last year.
