The question that is buzzing today is,"Is now a good time to buy a home? Or should I wait for prices to fall?" The answer is very simple, the only way to really know if you purchased at the bottom of the market is when prices start to rise. NOW is an awesome time to buy a home. Mortgage interest rates have recently fallen AGAIN. The selection of homes is very plentiful. Prices have declined and sellers are offering a lot of incentives and are very willing to "Deal". The time is now. This is truely a once in a life time chance to buy when BOTH interests rates are low and prices are low.

NOW is always the best time to buy. Real Estate is normally a persons biggest assest, since many people do not save. Over time even in a bad market proces go up, and you have to live somewhere, why not your own home.

I agree - act now! The actual "bottom" will determined after the fact. And by the time everyone knows the bottom has passed, it is too late.
