Charlotte Real Estate Market Report: Charlotte Home Prices Up 6.6%
This week, the Charlotte Observer featured an article related to the continuing rising home prices in our area. "Charlotte-area home prices rose 6.6 percent in May from the same month a year ago, as the pace of annual gains nationwide continues to slow, according to a report released Tuesday."
Charlotte remains in a strong sellers' market with home prices stabalizing a bit, yet inventory remains lower than average, giving way to that stronger sellers' market. Inventory of single family homes in Charlotte is at a 10-year low with a 3.9 month supply; condo/townhome inventory is also at a 10-year low with a 3.8 month supply.
