Geared up for an apartment cabinet and counter upgrade in Sacramento.
It has been a long time in the works but I am ready to jump into a small 5 day apartment upgrade project. The cabinets had to be ordered 4 weeks ago and they are ready today. 
The counters were delivered today right on time. All the sinks, disposals, faucets and accessories are on site and ready for a morning start.
All of this had to be coordinated with the notification of the residents to remove all their things from all the cabinets in the kitchen and vanity area. The residents are excited about the work that will be done and we hope to minimize the disruption. In fact, that is a high priority. We will be starting and complete the entire unit in one day.
So the plan for this apartment improvement is to do five units in five days. This will be an interesting challenge for me and my team. I'm a little nervous tonight, perhaps just anxious to get started after such a long wait to get going.
