Grins & Giggles: Finding reasons to S-M-I-L-E!

An awe-mazing sunrise or sunset, the feel of ocean water lapping at your feet, an old photo, memories of a past family gatherings or promises of a future trip, all reasons that can lighten the mood.

Pausing to think of moments that hold special meaning or planning lunch with a friend surely elevates the spirits. A child's laugh or giggle? Girl's shopping day? Weekend fishing event? A cruise?

It's easy to envision, then ease into a smile. What makes your lips turn upward?
