These numbers only pertain to Brentwood single-family homes in Williamson County. Since Brentwood is near the county line, some Brentwood homes reside in Davidson County.
The number of sales has increased year to year along with a decrease in the average days on market--which shows that the market is improving. Sellers are confident that they can sell and for a fair price. With the days on market just over 2 months and selling at 98% of list we are still in a seller's market. Interestly, the average list and sale price are quite similar year to year.
The home with the lowest price ($264,000) sold in June 2013 was a home located in Chestnut Springs and the highest sale ($1,910,000) was a home located in Princeton Hills.
The home with the lowest price ($289,000) sold in June 2014 was a home located in Chestnut Springs. The highest sale ($2,050,000) was an existing home located in Annandale.
