1.  Buyer's Consultation -  At this first meeting, we'll discuss your wants and needs. 4.  Viewing Properties - We've done all the preliminary work so when the right house is sent to your email, you can call me and we'll quickly get you in to see the house that very day. Don't wait until Saturday to see that new listing. In our current market, that house may already be sold. Instead, call me the instant that email hits your inbox. The quicker we get in, the better chance we have of getting it under contract before other buyers have even seen it.

 Good evening Tammie. The real estate market in this area reminds me of the market back in 2004, 2005 and 2006. From everything I understand, there will not be much of a slowdown.
