Business is picking up, It is the spring selling season here in Panama City.
This week has been a whirlwind with 2 new listings, 2 closings and 3 accepted offers and one waiting to get accepted just today alone. Along with that, I got another short sale approved today. The phones are ringing!!!!!! The Beaches are full with activity. Panama City is the place to be.

Yes indeed it is picking up. Last Thursday I had 5 accepted offers come in on my listings in 1 DAY. The 5th one was both sides. I am getting excited and hoping to keep this going..... Much succe$$ Jeff
I am seeing a up-swing too !! Let's hope that Florida takes the lead and makes the rest of the USA get "real" and understand that NOW is the time to BUY, BUY, BUY
