First of all, if you don't love jello, you may not appreciate this either! I love it. I think it is fun as well as tasty. It is also quite unexpected!
You'll need 8 clear glass tea or coffee cups.
In a large bowl, mix 2 envelopes of unflavoured gelatin with 1/2 cup of Kahlua. Allow to sit for 10 minutes to soften.
Then add 3 cups of HOT coffee, 1/4 cup of sugar and a pinch of salt and stir until the sugar is totally dissolved.
Pour into the individual cups and chill until set.
Serve with whipped creme on top (like a cappuccino!)
I like to add a biscotti on the saucer just for that extra little bit of something something!
