How Good A Problem Solver Are You?
Thinking through the obstacles, working to come up with the fastest idea, cheapest on money and energy, most optimal over other solutions, definitely better than doing NOTHING, most of the time.
Whether real estate, personal, financial, emotional, physical, relationship, business .... AREAS...
Define the problem, enlist other experts where you need them as resources. WRITE THE SOLUTIONS, the PLAN down on paper, and get to work. After something is past, evaluate yourself and see how you did. Could you have done better? Truthfully we always can do better. Work those problems diligently and to the best of your ability.
