Kauai REO, Kauai Foreclosures, Hawaii REO, Hawaii Foreclosures. This blog is an update to the July 1, 2014 Kauai REO (bank owned property) list. It is updated weekly (or twice a month) or on the 1st of the month and is based on the MLS inventory. (Photos of any active property can be seen by taking the MLS number and plugging it into my web site  www.kauaidreams.com).

No new listed Kauai REO (bank owned) properties since the first of the month. But I do have 2 new assignments or upcoming Kauai REO.

Upcoming Kauai REO Properties:

1. Kakela Makai Oceanview Subdivision Lot 2, Kalaheo: This is a vacant lot that has enough level to build but then the lot slopes. There is a distant ocean view. No MLS or price yet.

2. 5170 Kahana Street, Kapaa. This is a large home that has lots of curb appeal but also needs some work. DO NOT GO ON THE PROPERTY. The property has a pool underneath a tarp. Title is in the banks name of Nationstar Mortgage LLC. No MLS or price yet.

3. 7884 Iwipolena, Kekaha. Previous listed as a short sale this property has gone back to the bank and should be listed once it is cleaned up. NO MLS or price yet.

Kauai REOs with accepted offers or in escrow:

1. Regency Villas at Poipu Kai #H-213, Poipu. 2 bedroom 2 bath ground floor luxury condo. $519,900. MLS#274528. Owned by H&R block bank. Previously sold for $950,000.

2. 5786 Noni Street, Wailua Homesteads. NEW. This 3 bedroom 2 bath home has lots of curb appeal. $404,900. MLS#274165. Owned by Bank of America.

Kauai REOs with Price changes:

1. 4499 Kawailoa St., Kekaha. 4 bedroom 1.5 bath home. Now $259,000. MLS#268212. It was owned by Continental Assets Management who assigned it over to Dynasty Coachwork International, Inc. (who ever that is).
