These stats refer to single-family homes listed on the MLS only...not townhomes, condos, lots, acreage, or leases. These numbers do not reflect new home sales by home builders where the home was not listed on the MLS.

• Riverstone is experiencing a housing shortage with only 1.9 months of inventory (6 months is equilibrium)…a hot “Seller’s Market.”

• Homes are selling quickly at an average of only 25 days on the market.

• Homes sell within 30 days at least 74% of the time.

• The average sales price for April was $543K.

• The average sales price/sf is $138.50.

• The number of homes sold in June was 39, which was 26% higher than the preceding month (May).
