Sometimes it happens, sometimes it don't....today it did.  We got 2 great opportunities.  One of which, we sold him a home almost 10 years ago and he called us today!  We just felt so good that he remembered us after all this time -- we must have made an impression the first time around!  Our only communication was a yearly calendar!  His call made a big difference in our day!  We truly appreciate his loyalty......
