Jany Hutcheson's Professional Biography:
Janay was raised in Spotsylvania County, right in the outskirts of Fredericksburg, Virginia. She grew up watching the area develop and admired the closeness of the town and everyone in it. Upon graduating from Riverbend High School, she went on to pursue her Bachelors in Psychology at Virginia Commonwealth University. After college she entered the insurance industry and enjoyed a lucrative career serving local families. Janay understood very early that her calling was a career that allowed her to more directly impact the lives of the people around her and in her community. She knew that creating relationships with people and learning how to best help them was something that she always wanted to do. After extensive research on career paths, she discovered that a career in real estate would be extremely rewarding.
