Now that I have had my glass of wine I can reflect on this last week of March......its spring, the spring market in Real Estate. Ok. this is what happened, 3 Buyers and only 1 got the house they want.
In Chester County, this is the market......It is a nice house, it is priced right, it sells, it has more than one Buyer.
The properties that are priced right sell quickly and ironically, not for asking price but close, very close.
One out of 3 of the Buyers I worked with this week got the house they wanted. Two of the three got "beat out" because they either had more money saved up or paid more.
That's our market. Good House -priced right - high demand. SOLD
