Last Thursday I had 5 SOLID offers come in on my listings and the 5th one was both sides. No Contingencies onther then the Mortgage. "Knock on wood" everything goes well BUT The phone is ringing, the birds are singing, and I'm just loving it. I SOLD a home to a first time BUYER. I love first time buyers, they were soooooo happy, and that is what it's about. Win Win for everybody.

Rates are low, this is one of the reasons why I think this is happening. In any case this will continue I am sure for the whole year. Much Success....
