Move-Up Home Buyers are often leaving a home they bought when they were single or a couple without kids. Often times the home was purchased without children being a consideration at all because kids were not in the plans for the near future. Many move up buyers were first time home buyers when they bought the home they are now in. They learned a lot in their first home buying experience and are ready to do even better this time around.
