A Lot of Bang for the Buck!

Key Solutions LogoDon't you just love this virtual tour business!?! I live in Barton City and run my Key Solutions 360° virtual tour business out of both my home and at AnJ State Wide Real Estate, which are both located in Alcona County on the north east side of Michigan's Lower Peninsula. Like so many virtual tour providers, my service area extends to Iosco and Alpena Counties and beyond--traveling on the average 65 miles per tour and occasionally 145 miles or more to take care of business. With all of our inland lakes, beautiful Lake Huron and gorgeous hunting property, our real estate buyer is most likely to be a "down state" individual looking for a second home or hunting land.

Where do they look? Well, as we all know, it is on the Internet of course.

I know from first hand experience the problems real estate professionals are facing in this brutal economy. However, what we have to remember is that we all need a roof over our heads. Homes will sell in time... even if prices need to be adjusted. The successful real estate professional needs to budget his advertising dollar carefully.  He has to find ways to qualify exactly what the buyer is looking for as well as how much the buyer has to invest. In this economy, he has to do these things while trying to keep his, as well as his customer's driving miles to a minimum. The successful real estate professional needs to be proactive.

That is where Key Solutions 360° Virtual Tours comes in. The impact of a well-produced 360° virtual tour far outweighs the effect of simple snap shots. The professional panoramas turned out by Real Tour Vision dealers all across the nation give the viewer a bird's eye view of both home and property at its best. It is the next best thing to being there in person.

The most important thing to remember in today's economy is that a 360° virtual tour is the perfect solution, a "key solution" if you will, for the proactive real estate professional who is looking to market himself, his client's property and be as economical as possible.  Why? Well here are a few reasons.....

  • On average, a typical Key Solutions Virtual Tour will cost less than $90.00 which includes being hosted on the Internet for one full year!
  • Our 360° virtual tour advertises the agent, as well as any other 360° virtual tours the agent has posted, with one click of the mouse.
  • A 360° virtual tour allows the prospective buyer to actually tour the property as many times as he wants to without spending one dime on gas!!!
  • A 360° virtual tour applet can be e-mailed to anyone anywhere or it can be downloaded to a computer and burned to a CD or DVD
  • A 360° virtual tour can be linked to any website

That is a lot of "Bang for the Buck" to coin a phrase. What do you think?

I'm not in your area but I had a quick question. Are you guys thinking about doing video tours down the road? Just curious what the "virtual tour" providers out there are thinking.

Christopher, we do have the technology to add videos to our current tours. It is an extra feature that you would have to discuss with your Real Tourvision Provider.

The advantage to "seaming" the 12 individual shots together is that the viewer can stop the "spin" anywhere they wish to and they can enlarge an area of importance to them.

If you are interested, I could put you in touch with a Real Tourvision Dealer in your area. From everything I have seen out there, Real Tourvision offers the most professional, high tech software in the business for a most reasonable cost. Or...You might want to consider becoming a dealer yourself. The training is great and continuous. I would be happy to put you in touch with someone who could help you directly if you wish.

I hope this was helpful.
